Who we are
The business was founded by Scott, a hands-on tradesman who has spent his working life fixing things and running his own businesses.
He served an apprenticeship as a builder and an apprenticeship as a mechanic, and spent years behind a camera as a professional photographer, which is where the eye for detail comes from. Different trades, one habit: do the job properly and make sure the customer is happy.
That trade habit is what shows up in Perth driveways: the spring that snaps overnight, the motor that gives up mid-lift, the roller door that pulls out of its guide, the tracks that rust and drag in the coastal suburbs south of the river. We work mobile, which means the workshop is the van and the van comes to you.
What makes us different

We carry the common parts
Springs, cables, rollers, hinges, tracks, motors, remotes and seals ride in the van, so many repairs are finished on the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you how long it will take.
We test the door before we leave
Balance, travel, the auto-reverse safety, the remote. We check what we have fixed before we go, and if a part still has to come in we tell you exactly what is outstanding and when it will be sorted.

What we work on
We are fully covered by public liability insurance and work on residential garage doors across Perth: sectional doors, roller doors and tilt doors, the motors and openers that drive them, and everything in between: springs, cables, tracks, brackets, rollers, hinges, remotes, seals and locks. If it opens, closes, or is currently refusing to do either, we have worked on it.
For a brand-new door, we come out, assess the opening and quote it, then a trusted local installer supplies and fits the door while we stay your point of contact. We work across the common Perth garage door brands including Merlin, B&D, Steel-Line, Centurion, Danmar and Gliderol.
The area we cover
We are a mobile, service-area business. There is no shopfront you drive to. We drive to you.
